a. |
A Scheme, scheme of service similar to that of the
Government;
- salary, allowances and terms of service
similar to the scheme in the Government
- may change to B Scheme within 2 years of privatisation
- must work with the company for not less than
5 years
- for appointment into the public service
before 16.5.1986, pension and gratuity will be paid upon
reaching 45 years for female or 50 years for male or 55 years
for female and male personnel in accordance to the option
- for appointment into the public service after
16.5.1986, pension and gratuity will be paid upon reaching 55
years
- for statutory bodies and local authorities
pension and gratuity will be paid upon reaching 55 years
