• Monitor and investigate (from any complaint or misuse) all processes regarding domicile status (example: application for domicile status and application to permanently reside abroad. 

• Monitor and investigate (from any complaint or misuse) all death cases whether it is pensioner or pension recipient or the spouse of the pensioner. 

• Monitor and investigate (from any complaint or misuse) all processes regarding on the pensioner's child/children (example: upon reaching 21 years, marrying, study in institution of higher learning, disabled child, guardian of the child/children)
