Pensioner

1. not eligible to receive any pension adjustment;
2. eligible to be paid pension for life but only at the original rate approved at the point of retirement;
3. thereafter  if he resumes residence in Malaysia, he is still not eligible to receive pensions adjustment.

Recipient of Derivative Pension 

1. such as widow, widower or child is not eligible any for pension adjustment;
2. is eligible to be paid pension within 12 1/2 years from the date of death of an officer who dies in service or date of the retirement of the deceased pensioner, to the husband/wife or mother/father, whichever is applicable; 
3. is not eligible for pension adjustment or derivative pension, even if continues residence in Malaysia.
