is important for health and increasing the strength of the bones
and reduce menopause symptoms.

Get regular
examination like pap smear and breast examination.

Conduct
exercises for the pelvic floor to reduce stress incontinence
problems (when coughing, laughing or sneezing)

A
soft pesari (object inserted to
support the ovary) may be used for stress incontinence if
operation is not an option.
