The purpose of this facility
is to identify pensioner / derivative pension recipient of
Malaysian Government using MyKad. |
|
|
For the purpose of medical
treatment in Government Hospitals, this application will be
introduced in stages beginning with selected hospital in Klang
valley. The date of implementation will be notified later |
|
|
Pension card will be issued
as usual by Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam, Bahagian Pasca
Perkhidmatan for the normal usage

into MyKad as follows:

Procedure to load pension
information into MyKad:

please ensure the label 64K
stated at the back of MyKad, if the label is not stated, the
pensioner / derivative pension recipient has to change their
MyKad at any of the National Registration Department branches |
|
|
The pensioner or derivative
pension recipient has to bring along their MyKad and pension
card to Service Counter Post Service Division ( Putrajaya, Maju
Junction, Sabah, Sarawak ) |
|
|
For cases where the pension
card is lost, pensioner / derivative pension recipient are
requested to get the replacement pension card from the counter
and also to load information into MyKad |
|
|
MyKad has to be given to the
counter for the process of loading the information into MyKad
|
The activity of loading the
information into MyKad will be done in 2 phases:
|

1st Phase : Starting 1st
July 2008
|
|
|
2nd phase: Starting 1st
January 2009
