If a pensioner/pension recipient dies and there is
no one eligible to receive Derivative Pension, a relative has to
take the following action: |

1. |
Immediately inform Pension Division, PSD of the
death of the pensioner or pension recipient submit: |

(i) |
1
copy of death certificate of the deceased; |
| |
(ii) |
Original
Pensioner's Card; |
| |
(iii) |
Warrants
not cashed, if applicable. |

2. |
Pension Division, PSD will manage the balance
of pension (if any) and payment will be made to the next of kin.
The next of kin must submit 1 copy of his Identification
Card. |
