A Pensioner must
immediately inform the Post-Service Division of the following:
- any change of marital status such as divorce,
remarriage or death of spouse.

If a pensioner/pension recipient dies, immediately forward
JPA.BP.SPT.B01d form ( Derivative Pension for Death
in Retirement Form)
-
Pensioners are advised to contact the Post-Service
Division to update any changes in the last drawn salary due to
salary increment or promotion. Updated Record of Service should be
submitted as soon as possible to enable recalculation of pension
benefits.

If pensioners/pension recipients need to change
their bank account due to any loss or change the existing account to
another bank they should immediately
inform the Post-Service Division by submitting a copy of the new
account book to the following address :
